Sample Itineraries

This program visits Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park, Arenal Volcano National Park, Monteverde Cloudforest Reserve, and Costa Rica's Pacific Coast. Highlights include rainforest canopy tours, sky-blue waterfalls, crystal-clear swimming holes, volcanos, fumaroles, mud baths, thermal springs, surfing lessons, horseback riding, bird watching, great rice'n'beans, and the most expensive coffee in the world!
Extends our Eco-Adventure program with day of volunteering at a Wildlife Rescue Center. You're learn about the natural diet of a wide variety of birds and animals, prepare meals, and then help feed some of them. You can't get any closer Costa Rica's wildlife!
Extends our Wildlife Rescue program with day of whitewater adventure. Choose between an adrenaline pumping whitewater-rafting trip down the Río Tenorio or a more laid back river-tubing trip down the Río Colorado. Both trips have plenty of float/drift time where your guides will help identify and introduce birds and animals along the shore or overhead.
