Peter,
This was truly a wonderful experience for our son - not only because he was able to experience a place he may not have otherwise seen in his lifetime- utilizing what he has been learning for the past 4 year, but it also provided him confidence to travel. You made us as parents feel like we were also apart of the trip as well and comfortable knowing our kids were having a wonderful time through your daily journals and pictures (I know that alone was exhausting for you).
We may have been leery initially to send our son, but I can honestly say we would do it again. He is looking forward to next years trip already.....so where are we going??? (I am ready to chaperone)

Just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful trip. This was by far the best trip I have ever taken to Quebec City on tour. What I absolutely loved was the Morrin Centre and the Copper Museum (neither of which I had ever done). My least favorite excursion was the Musee du Fort (and I think it was a broken speaker). I loved everything else about it. My all-time favorite was the scavenger hunt. It was great to see how the students worked together??? to figure out the pieces of the puzzle. The "thug" following us was a nice touch. The organizers were wonderful. I especially loved the grade café for dinner. Much of the trip being so wonderful is due to you and the trip guide Cheryl. Both of your personalities made it feel like we were just on a trip with a bunch of friends. You have won me over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys,
The trip was awesome.
I know that the phrase "awesome" is typically overused by people, especially teenagers these days, but it was in fact awesome. We could not of had a better, cooler guy to lead us about the streets of Spain.
Madrid was amazing, but Toledo was even better and Segovia topped the charts. It wasn't that Madrid was a let down or anything, it was just that the other two cities we visited were more of what I was expecting, and a bit more scenic, if you asked me.
The food, tours, architecture and everything else were like nothing else I have ever seen in my entire life.
I would say that I wouldn't change a thing about this tour, but that is somewhat untrue. The only thing I would change would be the amount of time spent in each of the cities. Madrid could use a little less time, and Segovia could use a little more. It would have been nice to have spent a little more time in Toledo as well, but I can see how it would be hard to work into the schedule. I understand the possible reasons why more time was spent in Madrid, so I therefore cannot (and will not) complain.
The trip was truly remarkable, it was, hands down, the best thing I have ever done in my entire life!
Thank you Students Love Travel,
